Staff at the kids' club were engaged and kept the children entertained for hours. Dining was easy with a buffet that had different cuisines. Family-friendly options. The spa facilities were top-notch, including a Hammam and hot tub.

The large terrace in the second room was nice and spacious.

our stay at rixos was fantastic! the 7 heights restaurant had a huge variety of delicious food, and the staff, especially ibrahim, were super friendly and attentive. the kids loved the activities at the rixy club, keeping them busy while we relaxed. the all-inclusive concept made everything so easy, and the location is near great spots like the steakhouse.

Had an awesome time with friends! The kids' pools and waterslides were a blast. There were tons of activities for everyone until 11 PM. The multiple pools were a highlight, and the friendly service added to the fun. Just remember, the restaurant can get super busy, so plan ahead for meals.

The only downside was that we had to book a la carte restaurants during specific hours, which turned into a hassle with long lines.

Best short vacation ever!

I had a fantastic time during my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The kids loved the various activities available. The all-inclusive option made dining hassle-free. The view from our room was stunning! 🌅

However, it was disappointing that some of the promised amenities, like the water slides, were closed during our stay, preventing our family from enjoying all the activities we had hoped for.

Great stay for families with kids

The staff were absolutely remarkable. We were blown away by how accommodating everyone was, especially Ragu and Nixon in the dining areas. They made sure we had a variety of vegetarian options every day, and their attention was top-notch. I still remember this one night when they set up a special dish just for my daughter, it made her day!

It wasn’t cheap but the value was acceptable considering the amenities provided.
